1、      Cas9

Cas9是一種RNA引導的DNA內(nèi)切酶，與CRISPRII型適應性免疫系統(tǒng)相關。CRISPR簇被轉(zhuǎn)錄加工成CRISPRRNA（crRNA）。Cas9蛋白是一種誘導DNA位點定向雙鏈斷裂的基因組工程工具。

?      實驗類型：IL（1：100）、WB（1：1000）

?      實驗示例：

2、      GST

GST-Tag（谷胱甘肽巰基轉(zhuǎn)移酶標簽）相對分子量較大，約26KD，插入目的蛋白的C末端或N末端，大腸桿菌常用在N段。一般選擇GST標簽一是為了提高蛋白表達的可溶性，二是為了提高蛋白的表達量。

?      實驗類型：ELISA（1：1：1000）、WB（1：2000）

?      實驗示例：

1)100 ug of Escherichia coliextract expressing recombinant MBP-tagged PMI1 N-domain after induction with IPTG ；2）50 ug of Escherichia coliextract expressing recombinant GST-tagged SnRK2.10 before induction with IPTG ；3)50 ug of Escherichia coliextract expressing recombinant GST-tagged SnRK2.10 after induction with IPTG ；4) 1 ug of purified GST-tagged SnRK2.4

3、      GUS

GUS（β-葡萄糖苷酸酶）是一類水解酶，當與無色或無熒光的底物孵育時，可以催化其轉(zhuǎn)化為有顏色或有熒光的產(chǎn)物。

4、      LUC

LUC（Luciferase）是一種來自Photinuspyralis螢火蟲體內(nèi)的熒光素酶。在相應化學反應中，熒光的產(chǎn)生是來自于熒光素的氧化，有些情況下反應體系中也包括ATP。沒有熒光素酶的情況下，熒光素與氧氣反應的速率非常慢。
